All things food! Which encompasses managing all food-related details of the event as well as details of the chili cook-off and pie bake-off. A team lead on the hospitality team will be responsible for the registration and coordination of chili cook-off and pie bake-off registrants.
The Tear Down team is responsible for leading the charge in event strike (making the park look better than it did when we arrived). This includes putting supplies away at Soul City after the event.
Responsible for the kids experience which includes setting up, tearing down, and managing games, inflatables, and the petting zoo.
The First Impressions team will be responsible for welcoming participants, the security team, the medic team and the family connections team.
The Photo and Video team is responsible for managing the photo booth area and capturing the event for sharing afterward.
The Decor team will be responsible for executing the creative elements of the event which have been designed by the decor team leads as well as setting up the event.
